   Our company has a comprehensive experience and creative approach suitable for the designing of unique or/and exotics thermal engineering components and system at whole. Evaporators, condensers, separators, filters, heat exchangers, heat pipes, thermosiphons as well as thermal control systems at whole are the main our specialization.

Among significant tasks solved during last 5 years the following could be underlined.

   – Development of aluminum compacts condensers for mechanically pumped loop two-phase thermal control system of perspective powerful telecommunication platform from conception to engineering model. Four imitators of full scale radiators including 100 condensers were manufactured, tested and delivered to Thales Alenia Space (Cannes) premises for the subsequent testing.

  – Development of high efficient stainless steel condensers for the mechanically pumped loop two-phase thermal control system of Thales Alenia Space (Cannes) powerful telecommunication platform from conception to prototype.

  – Development and manufacturing of full-scale thermosiphon solution for the immersed cooling of high heat-dissipative electronics with power up to 2 MW. 32 thermosiphon modules were designed, manufactured and tested with heat power above 65 kW each. The order was placed by Bitfury crypto mining company. As a working fluid of thermosiphon 3M Novec 7000 liquid was used, however, the proposed design allowing the use of much cheaper fluids like (R245fa, R134a). The feasibility and layouts of mechanically pumped loop immersed cooling solution for the high power data centers were analyzed and elaborated by the company. Compactness and high efficient are the main distinctive features of proposed solutions.

 – Developed and manufactured the full-scale imitators of condensers and evaporators for the powerful satellite two-phase thermal control system on a base of heat pump layout for Thales Alenia Space (Cannes
